Work With Me

I've spent over 20 years studying religion, spirituality, and the human body — and what I kept noticing is that most wellness work stops short of integrating all three. It touches the body but not the spirit. It addresses the mind but not the meaning.

The people I work with are helpers, healers, and seekers. Clergy, therapists, coaches and caregivers who give everything to others and have quietly lost the thread back to themselves. People in transition — grief, illness, a life that no longer fits. And spiritually curious individuals who know there is something deeper available and are ready to find it.

I work with individuals and groups through one-on-one sessions, workshops, and retreats. Each offering integrates somatic practice, spiritual companionship, and clinical hypnotherapy in ways that are responsive to who you are and what you're carrying.

About Maeba

Rev. Maeba Jonas (MAY-ba) is a spiritual counselor, ordained interfaith chaplain, and somatic guide. She holds a Master of Divinity from Yale Divinity School and has spent over a decade accompanying people through grief, transition, and the search for meaning at life's thresholds.

After the death of her mom, she decided to leave her career, take control of her health, and ended up saving herself from cancer.

She learned that listening to your body and trusting your own intuition is not only essential for healing — it can be taught.

She works privately with individuals and couples, speaks to organizations on spiritual integration, compassion fatigue, trauma-informed conflict resolution, authentic leadership and creating communities of belonging.

She writes at Feel It Till You Heal It on Substack.

She lives near Baltimore with her husband, two children, and their red heeler, Bingo.
