Communication for Couples

Studies show that at least 70% of couples report less satisfaction in their relationship after having a baby (!). As much joy as growing our families often brings into our lives, the stress can wreak havoc on even the most compatible of couples. How you communicate with your partner about your needs, desires, and concerns during this time is crucial to getting through it together, rather than falling apart. In this 2 hour workshop, you and your partner will learn invaluable skills for strengthening communication, addressing conflict, and growing affection in your relationship. You'll learn, along with other couples, how to work through the most commonly reported relationship struggles faced by parents. It is true, your life will never be the same after having a baby. But with tools and effort, the love and friendship in your relationship can grow even stronger through it all. <3
